30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return

- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to a quality issue or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you changed your mind or no longer need the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@amorserere.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage at support@amorserere.com, and we'll make it right.
